We do not remember days; we remember moments.
~Cesare Pavese, The Burning Brand

May you have a wonderful and safe Holidays. I hope they are filled with happy memories that you can carry with you the rest of your lives.

Memories seem to be part of the celebration that comes when one year changes into the next. Observe your families traditions this season and share them those you love.

The year of 2011 brought loss to my family, that leaves us all remembering and sharing our memories. Several Barbee's pasted away and will be deeply missed.

Margaret Louise (Barbee) Merritt passed away 9 Feb 2011 in Chapel Hill. She was the daughter of Ernest Paul Barbee and Effie Pearl Couch.

Ernest Steve Barbee also passed away, in Orange County, on the 1 August 2011. Steve was the son of E. P. Barbee and Ruby Estelle (Maynor) Barbee.

On the 15 October 2011, Laura Ann (Scott) Barbee of Virginia Beach, Virginia, passed away. She was the wife of Robert Olive Barbee.

There is a hole in our hearts for each of these dear people, but each moment we spent with them will remain our memories forever.

If you look you will find several more Wills were added. Benjamin Barbee and Gaberial Barbee of Orange County, North Carolina.
